Ingredients:
1. Rum - 1.75 oz. Light
2. Triple Sec - .25 tsp.
3. Lime Juice - .5 oz
4. Sugar - .25 tsp.
5. Egg White - 1
6. Mint - 1 sprig

Special Instructions:
Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the sprig of mint and serve.

When using a twist of a lemon peel rub the outer skin on the rim of the glass to take advantage of its natural oils. Then twist the the peel over the glass to add oils to the drink then drop the peel into drink.
